Royals Reveal 2025-26 Women’s Basketball Schedule

FULLERTON – The 2025-26 Hope International women's basketball season is approaching, undertaking a 28-game schedule which includes two exhibition games against NCAA Division I opponents.

The Royals contest a 16-game GSAC slate which begins on November 22 at La Sierra.

Opening night features the Royals hosting Stanton on October 28, the first of 15 games at Darling Pavilion.

Strength of Schedule

• Five teams in the GSAC finished above .500 last season and seven of the eight tallied at least 10 wins.

• The Royals play four squads from the Cascade Collegiate Conference – Corban, Bushnell, College of Idaho and Southern Oregon.

• Southern Oregon finished 34-1, with its only loss in the quarterfinals of the NAIA Tournament. CoI reached the NAIA Tournament Second Round.

• Arizona Christian won the GSAC last year with a 12-2 record, going 25-6 overall. Both APU and The Master's represented the GSAC at the national tournament.

Notes

• The Royals make one roadtrip in nonconference play, heading to the state of Oregon to face Corban (November 6) and Bushnell (November 8).

• HIU also takes on NCAA Division III member La Verne in a road matchup on December 12.

• Following back-to-back home games against Grace College (December 17) and Cal Maritime (December 18), the Royals take their longest break of 11 days before competing at Long Beach State in a December 29 exhibition.

• HIU's first home GSAC game takes place on December 6 against OUAZ.
