Fullerton, CA - Cole Oliver of the Hope International men's volleyball team has been named an AVCA NAIA First Team All American as announced by the American Volleyball Coaches Association on Monday Morning.

A junior transfer in his first season from The Master's Oliver helped lead the Royals to the GSAC Championships for the first time since 2017. Oliver was also named All-GSAC after leading the GSAC and the NAIA with 4.51 kills per set after recording 370 kills in 82 sets played which ranked first in the GSAC and fifth in the NAIA. A native of Bellflower, CA Oliver also led the GSAC with 59 service aces setting a new single Royals record while also tying the single game service ace record with seven in the first game of the season against Oliver Nazarene. Oliver was also named GSAC Attacker of the Week three times and NAIA Attacker of the Week twice.
