Newburg, OR - The Royals headed up to Oregon to play three games in the first ever Pacific Northwest Open this past weekend. The first game of the morning was against DIII #2 ranked Muskingham University from New Concord, Ohio. The Royals dominated the entire game and finished with a score of 23-0. This was the first ever match up between the Royals and the Muskies. Power players were Nicole Contreras, Sophia Rosendale, Mackenzie Flowers, Kamea Binnquist and Ivy Martinez. 

Next up the Royals faced off against the Warriors from Trevecca Nazarene University from Nashville, Tennessee again for the first time. The DII Warriors are ranked #8 and had an impressive record this season. The Royals controlled the scoreboard throughout the game and ended with a final score of 20-5. Power players for the game were Nicole Contreras, Sophia Rosendale, Ivy Martinez, Kamea Binnquist and Jamie Goldman.

The final game of the day was a rematch against the Seawolves of Sonoma State. The Royals again took control early and never let up- with a final score of 22-0. Power Players were Meela Ly, Giselle Baeza, Alexis Lorenzo, Claire Zenisek and Aaliyah Burke. The Royals overall record against the Seawolves is now 2-0. 

The Royals leave Oregon still undefeated at 23-0 and head to Tennessee in two weeks to play four DI teams.
