Fullerton, CA - Four members of the Hope International women's and men's track and field team have been recognized as meeting NAIA Scholar Athlete requirements.

Arlene Magana, Emma Timmermans, Luis Diaz and Ricardo Cruz all received recognition after meeting the standards laid about the NAIA. The four also received GSAC Scholar Athlete honors as well. To be recognized a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
