Ann Arbor, Michigan- The Royals were on the road for 4 games this past weekend, playing in Alma and Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Royals braved the cold and came out 3-1 for the weekend and an 8-1 overall record.

The first game had the Royals take on the D3 team of the Scots of Alma College for the first time and though we fell 20-10 on the scoreboard the game was a close one. The Royals pulled out scoring perfection with PS8 and held both first and second quarters very tight, ending with 5-5 at halftime. The Scots tumbling outscored the Royals 4-0 in the 3
rd quarter, leading to a 5-9 score going into the final round, With many ties and losses in tumbling the Royals succumbed to the Scots 20-10 in the game final. Power Plyers for game 6 were

Next up for the day was a game against the D1 Chippawa's from Central Michigan University. The Royals held onto the lead throughout the entire game and ended with a 21-3 victory. The Royals stunting and pyramids were strong the entire game, only not scoring on PS8 against a forfeit. The Chippawa's tied the Royals on 3 Jumps and Tumbling routines for their only scores. The power players for game 7 were

The 2
nd day of games brought the Royals to play at Concordia University- Ann Arbor, a fellow NAIA school. The Royals controlled the game against the Cardinals and ended with a 19-0 score. The Royals missed 5 opportunities to score on the Cardinals forfeits but kept the energy up to secure the shutout. The power players for game 8 were

The final game in Michigan was against the Eagles from the D3 program at Saint Elizabeth University in New Jersey. The Royals played a perfect game and also obtained their 2
nd shutout of the weekend. The Royals scored on all forfeits and head to head rounds, proving that the are learning on past games to clean up minor deductions. The power players for game 9 were
