Royals Go 3-0 at the Royal Rumble Tournament

Fullerton, CA - The HIU STUNT team hosted its first annual Royal Rumble. With California Baptist, Saint Mary's, UC Davis, Jessup University, Vanguard University and Concordia Univerity- Irvine all in attendance.

The Royals started the weekend with a win over Saint Mary's at 15-0 with a modified qtr 4-- meaning only 2 rounds were played instead of 4. Power players for game 1 were Kamea Binnquist with 34 power points, Mackenzie Ellison with 32 power points, Jamie Goldman with 30 power points, Jasmine Rincon with 27 power points and Angelina Castanon with 25 power points.

Day 2 brought a 23-1 win over the Aggies of UC Davis. Power players for game 2 were Jasmine Rincon (55) Kamea Binnquist ( 52) Mackenzie Ellison ( 52) Jamie Goldman (50) Angelina Castanon and Samantha Choen both with (43).

Game 3 brought a rematch against the Gaels of Saint Mary's and the Royals first shut out, perfect game. The Royals scored 24-0. Power players were Kamea Binnquist (55) Mackenzie Flowers, Jasmine Rincon and Angelina Castanon all with 52 power points each and Natasha Turner with (51).
