Hope International University

Sophomore (2024-25) - Appeared in 23 games starting in 21...Scored a total of 98 points on the season and averaged 4.3 ppg. Long also recorded 51 assists this season. Long scored a season high of 14 points against Bethesda University on November 26th. 

Freshman (2023-24) - Appeared in 10 games for the Royals...Avergaed 2.6 ppg and recorded 8 assists for the season. Scored a season high of 6 points against The Masters University. 

Beaumont HS- Played with the Cougars for four seasons under Coach Carr. During this time, Long was named 1st Team All League, League MVP in 2020, 2022 and 2023, and was nominated for the Ken Hubbs Award. Long also earned a 4.0 GPA all four years of high school
