Taite joined the Royals coaching staff in 2021 as the assistant coach of the development team before becoming the head coach of the development team the following year. Taite played for the Royals after transferring from Palomar College. Freshman year they were ranked #1 in the state of California with a 40% 3 point shooting percentage and the following year they were ranked #4 winning the conference both years averaging 10.0 per game.Â
Taite graduated from Hope International in 2021 with a degree in Kinesiology and followed that up with a Masters in Education.
