2020 (Junior) - All - GSAC...Started in all eight matches...Had one assist on the season...Had two shots, one on goal. 

Prior to Hope - Jesus spent two years on the Men's Soccer Team at Golden West College, where he helped his team to an Orange Empire League Championship and  CCCAA State Champions Runner Up Finish. Jesus earned Orange Empire First Team All-League during both of his seasons and was also named Co-MVP of Orange Empire League during the 2018-2019 season. Over his two-year career at Golden West College, he scored ten goals and added eight assists.

Santiago High School - Played three years on varsity and scored 14 goals during his high school career…Helped his team to Garden Grove League Championships all four years…Cif Champions 2014…CIF Champions Runner Up 2015…Mustang Cup Champions 2015…Named Best Defensive Player all three years on varsity…Named Garden Grove First Team All-League 2015, Garden Grove League MVP 2016, First Team All-CIF 2016, and Team MVP 2016…Received Captain Award in 2016…Jesus also named to Honor Roll during his junior and senior years.

Personal - Parents are Aracely Saucedo and Javier Vargas…Brothers- Juan and Jose…Sister- Jocelin…His Brother Juan currently plays soccer at Cal State Fullerton…Favorite Bible Verse- 1 Corinthians 10:31…Chose HIU because he believes the coaches and Univeristy will help him become a better person and for the criminal justice program…Career plans are to become a police officer.
