Emma Timmermans has been named one of the two GSAC Women's Track Athletes of the Month for April as announced by the Golden State Athletic Conference on Friday afternoon.
A junior from Santa Ana, CA Timmermans set two new School Records in April with two NAIA A Standard times. The first was in the 1500m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a time of 4:35.73 as she finished 5th out of 76 runners which ranks her #19 in the NAIA after this weekend. The second new school record was in the 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational as she finished 4th out of 87 athletes with a time of 17:15.98 which ranks her #8 in the NAIA.
