Women's Day 1 GSAC Championships
3 Lady Royals Qualify For the Finals
Emma Timmermans,
Arlene Magana, and
Ash Carabes all qualified for the Finals in the 1500m by finishing in the Top 12. Emma cruised in with a 6
th place finish, Arlene and Ash finished in 10
th and 11
th place. All three have the potential to score and run Personal Records tomorrow in the Finals.
The only Final today for the Lady Royals was the 10,000m which
Aurora Couto ran. Aurora battled for 25 laps to run 43:25.54 to finish in 12
th place. That time was the #4 time in school history.

Timmermans gets 3rd and 6th at GSAC Championships
Sophomore
Emma Timmermans started the day off with a 6
th place finish in the 1500m followed a few hours later with a 3
rd place finish in the 5,000m. Emma was our top scorer at the Championships scoring 9 points for the team.
