Fullerton, CA - Emma Timmermans continued her season at the Oxy Invite last Saturday with a strong performance as she gears up for the NAIA Championships.

Emma Timmermans improved on her own School Record in the 5,000m by over 3 seconds.  Timmermans ran the 5,000m in 17:30.55 placing her 18^th overall at the Oxy Invite on Saturday, May 6^th.  This was Timmermans' last test before the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships held May 24-26 at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.  Timmermans currently ranks #23 in the 5,000m in the NAIA.
