Atherton, CA - The Hope International University men's basketball team (18-7, 7-4 GSAC) won their third game in a row on the road and fourth overall as they took down the Menlo College Oaks 58-56 in a defensive battle on Saturday afternoon in Atherton, CA.

The Royals got off to a quick start as they took a 6-0 lead before the Oaks came right back to take a 12-6 advantage with 13:56 to go. The Royals battled back to get within 12-11 on a Jozelle Carter Jr three point play midway through the half.
