Cypress College - Competed with the Chargers for 3 seasons under Coach Anthony Hutting and Coach Scott Pickler. In his first season, he earned a IP: 13.0 K: 8 H: 9 BB: 11, In his second season he earned IP:70.1 K:42 H: 80 BB: 29 W/L: 2-2 and in his third season he earned IP:65.2 K:65 H: 71 BB: 31 W/L: 6-3

Fountain Valley HS - Competed with the Barons for 2 seasons under Head Coach Deric Yanagisawa.
