Freshman (2021) - All GSAC Selection...Played in 24 games and started 22 games behind the dish...Hit .130 on the season with six hits and three RBI...Caught eight runners stealing on the season.

Prior to HIU- Played for 18U West Coast Wolverines Gold- Pearson Team... Graduated in 2020 from Clovis High School and played four years on varsity for the Cougars...During her junior season, she hit .362 and during her senior season, she hit .333...She committed no errors in 50 games throughout her junior and senior seasons...Three-time Tri-River Athletic Conference Champion...Three-time NFCA Scholar-Athlete. 

Personal - Born on May 16th, 2002...Daughter of Maricela and Oscar Puente...Has a twin, Allie, and an older sister, Emily who also play softball for HIU...Favorite Athlete is Buster Posey...Favorite Bible Verse is Psalm 37:5...Majoring in Psychology with a career plan to become a school counselor.
