Hope International University

Janna Langrell came to HIU in 2020 from Troy High School where she coached for the previous 3.5 seasons. Langrell has coached four track season and three cross country seasons at Troy High School. Langrell has led both the Boys and Girls Track and Field squad to three consecutive League Championships. Langrell also has led the Boys Cross Country Frosh/Soph to two consecutive league championships. Langrell was named the 2019 Coach of the Year at Troy High School. 

Langrell born and raised in Pomona, California. Ran for HIU from 2012-2016 during undergrad. Ran an additional two track seasons during grad school (spring of 2017 and 2018). Hobbies include hanging out with my dogs, working out, and cooking.
