2020 (Season Cut Short Due to COVID-19)- Appeared in 19 games and started 2...Recorded a hit against Antelope Valley on January 24th...Pitched 12.1 innings on the short season...Had 7 strikeouts in 4.1 innings against Oklahoma Wesleyan on February 6th. 

2019- Appeared in 30 games and started 2...Had a .364 batting average with 8 hits in 22 at-bats...Had 4 RBI and 2 runs scored.

2018- Appeared in 9 games...Pitched 1 inning...Recorded one hit. 

Canyon HS- Played three years on varsity for the Comanches...Batted .344 during his junior year...Senior year he batted .375 and also had a 1.46 ERA with 26 strikeouts in 24 innings...On the mound went 2-0 with 3 saves in 2017...Helped led his team to a North Hills League Title in 2017...Named Second Team All-League in 2016...2017 Ryan Lemmon All-Tournament Team...Named First Team All-League 2017...Played in the All-Star game in 2017...Four-time Scholar-Athlete. 

Personal- Parents are Chris and Karen Cooper...Has one sister, Carson (14)...Hobbies include watching hockey and football...Chose HIU for the small size, family atmosphere, and religious affiliation...Favorite Bible Verse is Psalm 27:1.
