A two time All-GSAC recipient for the Royals Omar Veloz was named Graduate Assistant Coach in 2024. Veloz earned his Bachelor's in Sociology from Cal State Fullerton in 2021 and is currently enrolled in HIU's masters program.
Veloz played two years for the Royals after previously playing for Cal State Fullerton and Mt. SAC.
