Kevin Snapp joined the HIU coaching staff in 2018 as the Head JV Coach and Assistant Coach on Varsity. Coach Snapp is an alumni of both Old Dominion University and CSUF, where he earned his Bachelors's in Kinesiology and Masters in Education. 

Snapp began his coaching career at Esperanza High School in Yorba Linda as the Frosh Head Coach in 2002-03. Snapp then was named the Assistant Coach at Cypress College from 2003-2008. Coach Snapp moved on to Orange Coast College from 2008-2015, where he was named the Associate Head Coach for the 13-14 season and helped lead the team to a State Championship in 2014. Snapp was the Head Varsity Coach at Westminister High School from 2015-2017 before heading back to Orange Coast College in 2017 as the Associate Head Coach. 

Coach Snapp is married to his wife Megan Snapp and they reside in Fullerton, California with their two kids, Nolan (9), Gordan (4), and Graham (4). Outside of baseball Coach Snapp enjoys working on cars and boating in Big Bear and Parker AZ.
