Hope International had four players named to the 2026 GSAC Softball All-Conference Team, as Vivian Little, Kaitlyn Maaske, Emma McCraw and Chey Navarro were honored by the conference office on Monday.
In addition, Navarro and Lily Hernandez made the GSAC Gold Glove Team.
Little earned All-GSAC accolades for the second year in a row after posting a .459 average with 13 doubles, two triples and four home runs. She led the team with 33 runs scored and ranked third with 26 RBI.
Maaske also became a two-time All-GSAC honoree after going 14-11 with a 2.59 ERA, striking out 99 hitters in 159.1 innings pitched. She collected three shutouts and three saves as the anchor in the HIU pitching rotation. Maaske tallied four GSAC Pitcher of the Week awards during the regular season.
McCraw completed her career as a four-time all-conference selection, hitting .355 with a team second-best 50 hits. She scored 25 runs and drove in 16 more, finishing the regular season with a .636 (14-for-22) average over the last six games.Â
Navarro, in her first season as a Royal, finished second on the team with a .371 average, tying for the team lead with four home runs. She added eight doubles and a team-best five triples. The shortstop also led the squad with 33 RBI and her 28 runs scored ranked second.Â
In the field, she committed just seven errors all season for a .962 fielding percentage.
Hernandez also helped anchor the middle infield as the team's second baseman. She also made just seven errors in 171 chances for a .959 hitting percentage.
The Royals enter the GSAC Tournament as the No. 3 seed, meeting second-seeded OUAZ at noon on Tuesday at the OC Great Park.
