Hope International Dance Team Wins NAIA National Qualifier, Punches Ticket to Nationals

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — The Hope International Dance Team delivered a standout performance this past weekend, earning the title of NAIA National Qualifier Champions with a combined preliminary and finals score of 84.92, securing their place at the upcoming NAIA Nationals.

From the opening moment of their routine, the Royals showcased a powerful combination of precision, athleticism, and performance quality that set them apart from the field. Built on months of disciplined preparation, early morning practices, and a relentless commitment to improvement, the team executed with confidence and cohesion on the national stage.

"Our team has put in an incredible amount of work this season," said Head Coach Christina Remijio. "This performance was a reflection of their dedication, resilience, and belief in one another. They stepped onto the floor fully prepared and performed with purpose."

The routine highlighted the team's versatility and strength, with clean execution, dynamic choreography, and an undeniable energy that resonated with both judges and spectators. Their performance ultimately earned them the top spot, marking a significant milestone in the program's continued rise within the NAIA dance community.

With the qualifier victory, Hope International now turns its focus to NAIA Nationals, where the Royals will look to carry their momentum onto the national stage.

"This is just the beginning," Remijio added. "We're proud of what we accomplished, but we know there's more ahead. We're ready to keep pushing and represent Hope at the highest level."

The Royals will continue preparations in the coming weeks as they aim to build on this achievement and compete for a national title.
