Men’s Basketball 2025-26 Schedule Release

FULLERTON – Excitement is building for the 2025-26 Hope International men's basketball season, and the schedule unveil is here.

The Royals play 28 games, with 16 at home. The first three games on the schedule will be contested at Darling Pavilion – Bethesda on October 28 and November 7, and Stanton on November 5.

Strength of Schedule

• The GSAC was top-heavy in 2024-25 with three teams – The Master's, Arizona Christian and Hope International – finishing with at least 22 victories and making the NAIA Tournament field.

• ACU reached the national semifinals and TMU advanced to the second round.

• The Royals play four teams and a total of six games against nonconference opponents which reached the NAIA Tournament last season. HIU tangles with a pair of 23-win teams in Oregon Tech and Southern Oregon, playing a home-and-home against both. SOU advanced to the NAIA Quarterfinals and OIT made the Second Round. HIU also faces Huntington (Second Round) and Florida Memorial (First Round).

• HIU also battles a 19-win team in Rocky Mountain.

Notes

• Hope International recorded its third consecutive 20-win season after posting a 22-8 mark in 2024-25. The Royals finished third in the GSAC with a 10-4 record.

• The all-time program record now sits at 684-524.

• HIU plays its first GSAC game on November 22 at La Sierra. The first GSAC home game for the Royals is December 6 against OUAZ.

• The Royals are involved in three tournaments – the Lithia-Oregon Tech Classic, HIU Thanksgiving Classic and Cactus Classic.

• The longest homestand is a five-game stretch from December 27 through January 10.
