Aguilar joined the Royals in 2025 as their new Women's Flag Football Coach after serving as the Head Flag Football Coach at Warren High School. His prior coaching experience includes serving as the QB Coach for Warren High School, the Offensive Coordinator at Rowland High School and the Head Football Coach at Los Altos High School from 2007-2009.
Aguilar graduated with a degree in Economics from Pomona-Pitzer College in 2005. He also played football for two years at Pomona-Pitzer and baseball for four years. Aguilar is married to Kristy and they have three sons: Felipe Jr, Alex and Mason.
