Briahna Marmol

Briahna Marmol joined the Hope International University athletic training staff in February 2026 after nearly a year at San Clemente High School, where she managed the care of all student-athletes while overseeing practice and game-day coverage. During her time at HIU, Briahna remains committed to injury prevention, clinical evaluation, rehabilitation, and the optimization of student-athlete performance.

Marmol earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2020 and Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2022. She became Board of Certification (BOC) certified in June 2022 and began her professional career as the Head Athletic Trainer at San Diego Christian College. During the 2023–24 academic year, she served as the Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Medicine at Westcliff University, where she primarily provided medical care to the women’s soccer, women’s basketball, and softball programs while overseeing the entire sports medicine department.

At California State University, Dominguez Hills, Briahna primarily worked with women’s volleyball and baseball. During her time, her favorite memory was traveling with the women’s basketball team during its run to the 2025 NCAA Division II National Championship game in Pittsburgh.

Outside of the athletic training room, Briahna enjoys embracing an active and balanced lifestyle. She loves trying new recipes, taking walks on the beach, practicing Pilates, caring for her growing collection of houseplants, and spending quality time with friends and family.Â
